By 2007 ICA-Zimbabwe will have become a high quality provider of services in facilitation, community building, organizational development and transformation in Zimbabwe.

Achievements
In 2003 ICA-Zimbabwe has been focusing on several areas for internal and external development. ICA-Zimbabwe has:
- Developed a strong internal training staff and external trainers for networking.
- Established an effective office and internal organizational structure
- Developed sustainable strong partnerships with national and international organizations
- Created a wide network of satisfied clients in training and consultancy services
ICA-Zimbabwe has provided Training services in:
- Group Facilitation Methods (GFM), the Foundation ToP® Training
- Participatory Strategic Planning (PSP), an advanced ToP® Course
- ToP® Secrets of Implementation, a ToP® course focused on Facilitation Practice
- Participatory Project Management, including Logical Framework Analysis, Project Proposal Writing, Fundraising and Monitoring and Evaluation
- Youth Leadership Development
- Micro-credit Systems
ICA-Zimbabwe has also provided Facilitation and Consultancy services as follows:
- Facilitation of workshops, conferences, board meetings, and staff retreats
- Group idea generation, problem solving, strategic planning and decision-making
- Conflict resolution and team building
- Processes of organizational change
- Participatory database development
