Our Mission

Our vision is to contribute activating professional knowledge and research skills of facilitation
which enhances individual’s happiness as well as group’s efficiency. Our ultimate aim is to
change discussion culture in Korea.

Our goals are:
– To contribute to social and organizational changes in South Korea by promoting ToP Facilitation methodology
– ToP activating Hub supporting the social and organizational development in developing countries of Southeast Asia
